We are here to change that. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the current state of our communities and the brighter future they deserve. Across Philadelphia and urban communities nationwide, we see the same painful patterns
repeat: promising programs that can’t get off the ground because they lack organizational
support. Talented people who can’t access jobs because the workforce system doesn’t meet them where they are. Neighborhoods overflowing with ideas but starved of the resources to bring those ideas to life.
FAC was built specifically to address these gaps — not with a one-size-fits-all program, but
with flexible, community-centered support that grows with the people and initiatives we
